Orchard Place, Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Full Time Nurse for Weekday Shifts to care for children and adolescents in a residential program.

Pay:

• LPN - $28.00 base, commensurate with experience
• ASN - $38.00 base, commensurate with experience
• BSN - $40.00 base, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.
• Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being.
• Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.
