Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living for assigned patients.
• Observe and report patient condition and needs to licensed nurse.
• Document data and treatments accurately according to policy.
• Record I&O, vital signs and other data promptly.
• Perform environmental duties to maintain clean patient areas.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
