Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Washington, PA outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe medications, and maintain comprehensive medical documentation. Collaboration with the care team and injections will be routine elements of the role.

The position requires NP certification and PA state licensure, with emphasis on evidence-based MAT and coordinated patient care in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of employment.
• DEA licensure in the state where the center operates.
• Experience with outpatient MAT or opioid use disorder care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
