Crossroads Treatment Centers in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings. The role involves prescribing medications, completing documentation, and coordinating holistic care with staff and community services.

This is a temporary or permanent part-time role with competitive pay, and requires DEA licensure in the state of practice along with NP licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
• Will perform injections.

_ Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner _

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

• Primary center: Harrisburg

• Target weekly hours: 6

• Sample schedule: Fridays 10am-4pm
