As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

The driver will provide door-to-door transportation to and from appointments scheduled by the transportation manager. The driver will maintain driver transportation logs and upload proper documentation/paperwork to the patient’s chart.

Hours & Scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, with potential weekend work. This does not guarantee a fixed schedule; you will be required to work hours set by management and in consideration of patient needs.
