Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Overnight Resident Assistant at Red Cedar Canyon, a senior living facility. Join our team to provide compassionate care and support to residents during the night shift.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and medications while promoting emotional well-being and safety on the 10:00pm–6:30am shift. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.

• Schedule: Full-Time. Overnights, 10:00pm - 6:30am
• Position 1:
  • Week 1- Monday, Sat and Sun
  • Week 2- W, F
• Position 2:
  • Week 1- Tues, Friday
  • Week 2- Mon, Thurs, Sat and Sun
• Shift Differentials: $1 PM Shift. $2 NOC Shift. $3 Weekend Shift
• Sign On Bonus: $1,000 NOC Shift. Must be scheduled 40+ hrs/pp

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:
