Job summary

Cura Health in Sauk Centre is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care under supervision, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to support safe, high-quality patient care.

We offer 12-hour shifts with a weekend rotation and an up-to-$4/hour shift differential. Sign-on bonuses: up to $1,500 for full-time or $750 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care, medication administration, and patient safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and managing wound care.
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes to RNs or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Support activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety.
