Position: Care Provider

Shifts, Time, and Days: Full-time hours, 10pm-6am shift

Pay Range: $16.50-$18

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence, as outlined in their care plans
• Respond promptly to residents' needs, maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• Report any changes in residents' condition to supervisors immediately
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and departments

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to care for the elderly
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff, residents, and families
• Ability to pass criminal background, health screening, physical, and TB tests
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety measures, including vaccination and PPE, as required by regulatory guidelines
