Marietta Heights Post Acute is hiring a FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT STNA to join our care team in Ohio. If you're compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference in residents' lives, we'd love to have you.

Provide hands-on care, assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily activities; monitor residents and follow care plans. Competitive pay ($18.00–$20.25/hour) and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
• Complete accurate documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect
• Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team
• Follow resident care plans and facility policies
