Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a full-time Night Shift STNA to join our caring team in Marietta, GA. Provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and monitor residents under the supervision of our nurses.

We offer competitive pay ($18.00–$20.25/hour), benefits including insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), growth opportunities, and a supportive, resident‑centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect.
• Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team.
• Follow resident care plans and facility policies.
