Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Communications in Carmel, IN. This full-time position supports utilities locations by coordinating communications, monitoring alarms, managing access, and responding to incidents with professional customer service.

You will contribute to safe operations and timely security responses. Responsibilities include patrols, documenting logs, and providing clear communication with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service and badge/access control experience preferred.
• Armed/unarmed roles age requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility operations location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, access activity, and operational notifications; document incidents.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain daily activity reports, dispatch logs, and communicate updates to leadership.
