Job summary

Holland Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for our inpatient psychiatric unit. The RN delivers trauma-informed, patient-centered care and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and recovery.

This full-time night position (7:00 pm–7:30 am) offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $35.00–$51.64 per hour, with 72 hours biweekly and every third weekend. Equal Opportunity Employer; dedicated to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation)
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatry, social work, therapy and mental health staff
• Demonstrate leadership through delegation and clinical judgment
• Adhere to ANA Standards of Professional Performance and hospital policies
• Assess patients, identify risks, and document care and outcomes
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning
