Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Machine Operator - Crew D at the Hanover, PA facility. This full-time role reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and supports day-to-day operations on a rotating D shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

You will run packing room machines, monitor changeovers, ensure product quality, and help maintain waste controls. Ideal candidates have experience following instructions, strong communication skills, and a background in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines (Hayssens, box machines, box tapers, stretch wrapper, diverter gates, case labelers, sonic sensors) to meet production standards.
• Review production sheets to anticipate changeovers and allocate materials for next orders.
• Verify weights and check for pleats, leaks, holes, and correct date codes to reduce waste.
• Perform weight checks on packing lines and assist with other duties as assigned.
