Job summary

PCI Group is seeking an Inserting Operator in Irving, TX. This full-time role involves producing inserted materials per standard work, meeting quality and output targets, and working with the Inserting department to ensure accurate processing.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred vocational training and prior experience in a mail facility using high-speed inserters. English reading/writing ability and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical certificate preferred.
• Previous mail facility experience with high-volume/high-speed inserting machines preferred.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of workflows.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Work procedures.
• Operate inserting machine and perform setup adjustments; troubleshoot as needed.
• Follow QC procedures and complete logs, tickets, and computer functions.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Operator to ensure materials are processed correctly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA standards; uphold 5S and cleanliness.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper job setup.
