McLaren Health Care in Lansing, MI is seeking a dedicated hospital Environmental Services/Housekeeping team member responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include following the six-step cleaning process, restocking supplies, transporting equipment, disposing of waste, and preparing conference rooms as needed. Prior experience and a high school diploma are preferred; schedule is full-time with night shift hours.

Qualifications

• Six months housekeeping or maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and restocks areas such as patient rooms, bathrooms, offices and staff areas.
• Maintains cleanliness following six step cleaning process and job-specific procedures.
• Transports equipment and furniture as needed within the facility.
• Disposes of biomedical and solid waste according to policy.
• Follows safe workplace practices per regulatory guidelines.
• Sets up conference rooms and maintains neat uniform appearance.
• Cleans patient beds and gross organic soil per policy.
• Keeps daily duties documented on assignment sheets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
