Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read production tickets and follow procedures.
• Able to work at an accelerated pace and meet safety standards.
• Capable of performing math calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Control extrusion line from input to finished product.
• Operate and set up equipment; manage die, screw, and color concentrates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working environment; follow safety policies.
• Record data in production logs and quality control documents.
• Communicate line malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Follow production schedule and customer orders; handle changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
