Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1–2 years experience preferred
• Forklift certification is required or preferred
• Ability to read production tickets and perform basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be computer literate
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safe work practices
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion line from input to finished product
• Work D Shift: Thu, Fri, Sat and every other Sun, 6:45 PM–7:00 AM with $2 shift differential
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Record data to daily production log book and QC documents
• Follow production schedule to meet customer orders
• Communicate line malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Perform other duties as assigned
