Corewell Health's Wayne Hospital is seeking a dedicated CNA to join the Progressive Care Unit for night shifts. You will assist licensed nurses, help with patient care, and support unit operations on a high-energy unit.

The role features full-time hours (36 per week), night shift 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend, and a $1500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Eligible benefits and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• BLS certification required by orientation.
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience is preferred.
• Current CNA certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed nursing staff in direct patient care.
• Support environmental maintenance of the unit.
• Maintain an orderly unit with supplies and equipment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
