Job summary

Silverado Alexandria is seeking a Nexus Specialist to plan and lead daily activities for Nexus residents in a compassionate memory care setting. You will foster engagement through purposeful hobbies, community outings, and partnerships while supporting a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with activity planning, older adults, or memory care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for enhancing resident well-being.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, Sunday - Thursday

Anticipated pay range

$25 - $28 USD
