Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Mississippi APRN license and national certification required.
• Candidates may be actively pursuing degree/licensure and meet requirements within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments including histories and physicals.
• Order, collect, and interpret labs and tests as needed.
• Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Document assessments and care plans thoroughly in the medical record.
• Mentor graduate nursing students and new advance practice providers.
• Serve as a clinical expert for nursing staff and participate in committees.
• Lead clinic operations and drive quality improvement initiatives.
