Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner.
• PhD Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Experience aligning with Board of Nursing scope and physician preceptor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in the Clinic and Long Term Care settings per protocols.
• Educates patients and families on health, disease processes and wellness.
• Documents patient status and care activities accurately and timely.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and clinical competence under supervision arrangement.
