Job summary

CFS Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation for seniors and individuals with medical needs throughout San Diego County. We are hiring full-time Healthcare Van Drivers in Vista, CA to safely transport passengers to appointments and assist with mobility devices.

You must be 21+, have a valid CA Class C license with 3 years of CA driving experience, a clean record, and pass background checks, a DOT physical, TB test, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid California Class C driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience in California
• A clean driving record is required
• Must pass criminal background check, a DOT-level physical, TB test, and drug screening
• Live Scan fingerprint background check is required for the For Hire Vehicle Driver ID

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments
• Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle and with mobility devices
• Operate a wheelchair lift when needed
• Follow scheduled routes using Routing Software and GPS
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with passengers and staff
• Communicate with dispatch via company phone
