Itlearn360 is seeking a full-time nanny for a loving family in Wilmington, MA to support two daughters aged 12 and 15 with autism. The role combines childcare with light household tasks in a warm home environment.

The position requires morning and afternoon/evening availability, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to provide calm supervision. CPR/First Aid and 3–5 references are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is highly preferred.
• Dependable, calm, and flexible with changing schedules.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must have 3–5 professional references.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday–Friday:

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
