Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure stock levels.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly compensation from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive your vehicle to store locations (reimbursed mileage)
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of Wooster, OH, or Orville, OH
• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 4 ten-hour days
