Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure stock conditions are met for shelves and displays.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs., and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Huntington, IN, and willing to travel to secondary locations including Wabash, IN.
• Availability Tuesday-Saturday.
