Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure stock conditions are met.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What You Can Expect:

• Hourly pay from $15.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license or ID, proof of auto insurance, and ability to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Virginia Beach, VA, with schedule Tuesday - Saturday.
