Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers/Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.

4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.

5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.

6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

8. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

9. Expectations include hourly compensation of $18.00, 401K, incentive bonus participation, mileage reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and safety equipment.

10. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, high school diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work independently and perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and stocking.

11. Live within 25-35 miles of Modesto, CA, with secondary locations in Turlock, CA. Open availability is required, and schedule may vary based on business needs.
