Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure stock levels.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25-35 miles of South Bend, IN
• Willing to travel to Mishawaka, IN
• Availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
