Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser Order Writer

Join our team at Mondelēz International as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Become an ambassador for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture display pictures, and ensure proper product placement.
3. Order products via iPad to maintain stock levels.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained according to guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to daily schedules for efficient service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
• Able to drive and perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Minneapolis, MN
• Availability to work Sunday-Thursday
