Job Description

Join our team of Full-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license, proof of insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, independent
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, perform physical activities, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Puyallup, WA or Sumner, WA
• Open availability required
