Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International.

We are seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Maintain well-represented and stocked brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, following Mondelēz guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly pay from $17.00 to $19.00 based on experience.

Candidate Profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities including lifting and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Sunrise, FL, with availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
