Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available, while representing the brand with professionalism.

You’ll visit stores, capture display photos, manage in-stock conditions via iPad and Salesforce, and support seasonal promotions with RTMs and store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with insurance coverage to store locations.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant,you’llbring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, ChipsAhoy!,and Triscuit to life in-store – building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownersof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily: store visits following Mondelēz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)

• Build andmaintain: strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product: via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:

Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate of $16.00 to $18.00.
