Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores. You will build displays, stock shelves, and ensure products remain in stock while collaborating with store teams and RTMs.

You will use iPad and Salesforce to place orders, execute promotional setups, and report store insights. This role requires physical activity and a proactive, team-oriented mindset, with locations in Bennington, VT and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos and follow digital merchandising initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plans negotiated with RTMs are followed.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTMs and management.
• Stay safe and compliant by handling products and equipment as required.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz:in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownersof the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company:delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily:store visits following Mondelēz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)
• Build andmaintain:strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product:via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays:and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules:and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales:new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant:embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
