Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. In this role, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. You will represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to maximize product visibility and create promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including photographing displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Maintain the representation and stock levels of leading brands according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores.
