Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of full-time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate: $16.00 to $19.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Wellington, FL; secondary locations include Loxahatchee, FL, Royal Palm Beach, FL
• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
