Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in-store, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring products are in stock for shoppers. You’ll visit Milford, OH and surrounding areas, work with store teams, and maintain strong retailer relationships.

Travel, safety, and eligibility requirements apply. The role includes lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional heavier lifting, and ensuring accurate plan execution per RTM.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance. Mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant,you’llbring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, ChipsAhoy!,and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownerof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company ,delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product via iPad to maintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales ,new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe &Compliant ,embracingthe physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Milford, OH

• Secondary locations: Loveland, OH, Mason, OH

• Schedule availability required: open availability and 1 weekend day

• Start Time: 06:00 AM

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 based on relevant experience
