Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in stores across Troy, OH and surrounding areas. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available while engaging store personnel and shoppers with professional, friendly service.

The role involves daily store visits, photo captures of displays, order placement via iPad, and adherence to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the Troy, OH primary location; secondary locations listed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and use DMI to document.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order products via iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and compliance, handling physical product movement.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’llbring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, ChipsAhoy!,and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownerof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company ,delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales ,new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe &Compliant ,embracingthe physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Troy, OH

• Secondary locations: Dayton, OH, Sidney, OH, Piqua, OH, Vandalia, OH, Huber Heights, OH

• Schedule availability required: open availability -weekdays-1 weekend day

Salary and Benefits:
