Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Lebanon, PA and Cleona, PA. You will work with Oreo, Ritz, belVita, ChipsAhoy!, and Triscuit brands, following merchandising principles and digital tools to ensure an engaging snack aisle.

Responsibilities include store visits, customer service, photos, and collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; GED can be earned during training.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must have a vehicle with valid insurance for store travel.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights or issues to the RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and moving product as needed.

Primary responsibilities include:

Requirements Include:

• Be at least 18 years of ageandhave a valid driver’s licenseissued by the state in which the personresides.

• High School Diploma or GEDpreferred;or canearn your GED while gaining the skills!

• 1-3years of experiencein retail or consumer goods preferred

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Live within25-35milesrange from the primary location: Lebanon, PA

• Secondary Location: Cleona, PA

• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thurs & Sat

Salary and Benefits:
