Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description

1. Responsibilities:

   • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
   • Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
   • Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
   • Maintain well-stocked and well-represented brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others, following company guidelines.
   • Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
   • Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
   • Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
   • Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

2. What You Can Expect:

   • Hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, based on experience.

3. Qualifications:

   • Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
   • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
   • Self-motivated, professional, with a positive attitude, able to work independently.
   • Ability to drive personal vehicle, perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally, and work in a fast-paced environment.
   • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
   • Reside within 25-35 miles of Knoxville, TN, Halls, TN, Fountain City, TN, or Strawberry Plains, TN.
   • Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
