Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure stock availability.

4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.

5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.

6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

8. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude capable of working independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of Fontana, CA; secondary location: San Bernardino, CA.

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays; schedule may vary based on volume.
