Job Description

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Be an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and follow Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs)
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Lakewood, CA, or Paramount, CA
• Open availability, including weekends
