Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
5. Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues with management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelez positively and enthusiastically in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical activities including lifting and stocking.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of St. Charles, MO, or Florissant, MO.
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday availability required.
