Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order product via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of primary location (El Cajon, CA).
• Secondary location: Santee, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; schedule may vary based on business needs.
