Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer.

Become part of our team and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Maintain the representation and stock levels of key brands according to company guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Fair Oaks, CA, with availability for flexible scheduling.
