Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure stock availability.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and repetitive movements.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Lincoln, NE, or Beatrice, NE.
• Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; starting by 6 am.
