Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure proper product placement according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’ guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to daily schedules set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Augusta, GA, or secondary locations listed.
• Availability to work 4 weekdays and Saturday.
