Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Mobile Security Officer to support multiple client locations in the North of Boston and Merrimack Valley area, starting in Wilmington, MA. This full-time role requires independence, driving between sites, and handling diverse security tasks during the shift.

You'll patrol, perform site inspections, respond to alarms, manage openings/closings, document activity with electronic reporting, and coordinate with Mobile leadership.

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM; Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — 32 hours/week

Securitas is hiring a Mobile Security Officer to support multiple client locations throughout the North of Boston and Merrimack Valley area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, driving between locations, and handling a variety of security responsibilities throughout the shift.

Mobile Security Officers begin their shift in Wilmington and use a company patrol vehicle to travel between assigned locations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled and random security patrols at multiple client locations

• Conduct guard checks and assist officers at assigned locations
• Complete building openings and closings as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable driving throughout the shift and traveling between multiple locations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert and respond appropriately to changing situations
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, GPS, and electronic reporting systems
• Security experience is welcome, but not required

Driving & Patrol Vehicle Expectations

This position requires regular operation of a Securitas patrol vehicle. Company vehicles are equipped with Samsara safety monitoring technology, and safe driving is a condition of employment. Mobile Security Officers are expected to follow all traffic laws and company driving policies while operating patrol vehicles.
