Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Mobile Security Officer in Wilmington, MA. This part-time role covers the Wilmington and Greater Boston area with a schedule of Thursday and Friday nights 8:00 PM–4:00 AM and Saturday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, totaling 24 hours per week.

The officer will drive between client locations, perform patrols, inspections, and respond to alarms. Officers begin in Wilmington, operate a company patrol vehicle, and document activities using electronic reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong reliability, professionalism and independent decision-making skills.
• Comfortable driving across multiple locations during shifts.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain alert and respond to changing situations.
• Experience in security is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and random security patrols at client locations.

Securitas is hiring a Mobile Security Officer to support multiple client locations throughout the Wilmington and Greater Boston area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, driving between locations, and handling a variety of security responsibilities throughout the shift.

Mobile Security Officers begin their shift in Wilmington and use a company patrol vehicle to travel between assigned client locations.

What You'll Do

• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, GPS, and electronic reporting systems
• Security experience is welcome, but not required

Driving & Patrol Vehicle Expectations

This position requires regular operation of a Securitas patrol vehicle. Company vehicles are equipped with Samsara safety monitoring technology, and safe driving is a condition of employment. Mobile Security Officers are expected to follow all traffic laws and company driving policies while operating patrol vehicles.
