Qualifications

• MLT certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Must be qualified to perform high complexity testing according to CLIA standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests in hematology, urinalysis, chemistry, and blood bank.
• Analyze test results for validity and accuracy.
• Participate in teaching and training of new partners.
