Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is hiring for a Meta Store Retail role at Lennox Square Mall. You will deliver immersive demos of Ray‑Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest, educate consumers, and convert demos into new customer acquisitions.

• 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert; understand features and benefits of the client’s products.
• Conduct demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products to engage consumers.
• Process consumer transactions using the client’s POS system.
• Work with Retail Manager to develop action plans to meet targets.
• Open/close procedures and maintain interactive customer displays.
• Travel to various sites and occasional off-site event work.
• Support team goals and daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Occasional off-site event work at our clients Playa Vista office, and travel to various sites via car or plane, including overnight stays.
• Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
